We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
We hereby enter into obligation to respect the privacy of anyone using our webpages.
The following declaration provides you with an overview of the nature, scope and purpose
of the collection of personal data. It also explains how we use the data that are made
available to us when people use the services we offer (by placing an order, for example).
Personal data – why we collect them and how we use them
Personal data include details of your personal or factual circumstances, such as your name,
your address or your e-mail address.
In order to allow you to order Online Tickets using the Express Purchase function either on the shop sites of promoters or via our Ticket Exchange, we will collect your name and e-mail address. If you wish to open a customer account with us for the purpose of ordering Online Tickets, we will additionally collect the user name you have selected and your password, as well as information on the country you are from. Should you make these statements voluntarily in the course of registering, we will also collect your full address and your telephone number.
In addition, we collect whatever data make up the content of your shopping cart when you order Online Tickets (the event booked, the number of tickets, ticket category and ticket price), as well as your payment data (for credit card payments: credit card number, name of credit card holder, any security PINs and the “valid thru” period; for payments by electronic direct debiting: name of the account holder, account number and bank code).
If personalized tickets are sold for an event, and you order tickets via our webpages for further people, we will collect the names and e-mail addresses of these people. If your personalized ticket is reissued in another person’s name, we will collect the name and e-mail address of the person purchasing your ticket as well as his or her payment data in the manner described above.
These data are collected, stored and used only for the purposes set out hereinbelow and
only insofar as their collection, storage and use are required for the purposes of:
- Opening a customer account;
- Accepting and processing / implementing an order of Online Tickets;
- Sale and purchase of Online Tickets via our Ticket Exchange;
- Reissuing Online Tickets in another person’s name.
The data will be collected, stored, processed and/or used exclusively in accordance with
the applicable provisions of data protection laws. You may at any time revoke any consent
you have granted regarding the collection / storage / processing and/or use of your data,
with effect for the future.
Do we make your personal data available to third parties?
As a matter of principle, your personal data are used solely within our company.
The agreement concerning the event for which you are booking tickets via our webpages is concluded exclusively between you and the event organizer. If and to the extent this is required in order to perform under this contractual relationship, we will transfer your personal information to the event organizer. Thus, your e-mail address may be sent to the event organizer to enable it to e-mail information to you regarding the event you have booked (for example if events are postponed or moved to a different venue). The data will not be transferred for advertisement purposes. Should you wish to receive the newsletter of an event organizer, you may subscribe to it via the corresponding shop site of the respective event organizer.
In implementing our online services, we cooperate with the following companies:
- Wirecard AG (credit card acceptance and direct debit transactions)
- Null2 GmbH (IT solutions), processing of order data
Personal data are transmitted to these companies only when and if this is required in order to process your order.
Moreover, we will transfer your data only when and if you have consented to our doing so.
We will forward personal data to public institutions and authorities only if the stipulations of the law require that we do so.
Some notes on cookies
Cookies are small amounts of data that may be stored on your computer when you browse our
webpages. They facilitate your visit to our site and assist us in recognizing you when you
return for your next visit. Cookies can serve to create user profiles. Cookies cannot
cause any damage to your computer. If you would rather not enable cookies, you can
deactivate them in your browser using the menu item “Process” (where you can also
re-activate them). In order to use the shopping cart and to purchase tickets, however,
cookies must be activated.
Revocation, correction and modification of your personal data stored with us
You may at any time revoke any consent, by which you have allowed us to process and use
your personal data, and you may correct such data or change them. Should you wish to do so,

Our right to modify this data protection declaration
We reserve the right to modify this data protection declaration at any time, subject to the
respectively applicable provisions of the laws governing the protection of data.
