On www.tickets.de you can buy tickets for cultural, sports or other leisure events.

If you want to order online-tickets you have got three possibilities: You can create a user account, you can buy online-tickets by express buy or via your facebook user account.

To create a user account, you have to enter your first and last name, address, e-mail address as well as a user name and password of your choice in the corresponding online registration form. Once you have registered, we will e-mail you a link by which you will need to confirm your registration. With those user data you can then log in on www.tickets.de as well as on all other shop sites on www.tickets.de and purchase online-tickets.

In case you want to purchase online-tickets by express buy, i. e. without creating a user account, please choose the option „express buy“. As soon as you have filled in your name and e-mail address, we e-mail you a link in order to confirm your e-mail address. After the confirmation of your e-mail address you can complete your order.

If you wish to purchase online-tickets via your facebook user account, you just have to log in with you facebook user data. We will not send you any tickets by post. We will send you via e-mail a link for downloading the online-tickets. Please print out the online-tickets and bring them to the event. The online-tickets will be scanned at the entry of the event.

If you have registered on www.tickets.de or bought the online-tickets via your facebook user account you can print out the online-tickets, deliver them to another e-mail address or - if offered - send them to a mobile phone number of your choice in the section "My Tickets" of your user account. You can print out an invoice in this section as well. In case you have bought the online-tickets by "express buy" you have the possibility to create a user account subsequently at any time and to assign your order to this user account.

For some events you can only buy personalised online-tickets, i. e. the customer's first and last name is part of the online-ticket. These events are accordingly marked in the shopping cart.

You will have a claim to returning the online-ticket and being reimbursed for the purchase price only if events are cancelled or postponed. Any refunds should be processed through the relevant link in the section "My Tickets" of your user account.

If you have a user account or bought online-tickets via your facebook user account, you can as well re-sell your online-tickets in our ticket exchange. You can offer your online-tickets in the section "My Tickets" by selecting the relevant online-ticket and then clicking on "ticket exchange".
